Candice Harden Rogers is the owner of Shady Oaks Boarding Kennel located in Clayton, Ga in the northeast Georgia mountains in Rabun County. She established the business in 2001 out of her love of dogs and cats and the need to be at home for her small children. Today, as teenagers, you often see them working around the kennel.
Susie Merritt, Shady Oaks Kennel manager, has been a great addition to the Shady Oaks family. Her warm and cheery personality is a wonderful reassurance that pets will be loved and petted during their visit here.
